My Community: Springfield

Cindy Marie Gonzalez, an alum of the Latino Youth Media Institute, shares her digital story about the pride she has in her hometown of Springfield. She also talks about how her time spent at WGBY as part of LYMI has helped her in her current job as a counselor at the Hampden County Sheriff Department/House of Corrections in Ludlow. Although her passion is to write as a journalist, she spends most of her time currently listening to stories.
